I’m a little bit concerned about the low fat message. I think it is getting out of hand. Yes, if you want to compete or you’re going for a photo-shoot, going on a 30 day low fat diet is definitely the answer. But, I think the general public is being led down a very unhealthy path.
No, I’m not missing your point about cutting out the fries, cola and chocolate, but people are going in the opposite direction and getting fat, just as much. I think 30% 30% 30% is much better, with natural, home cooked meals.
