<p>My grandfather went off five miles a day, when he was 60 years. He is now 91 years old and still actively walking.</p>
<p>I like long walks, especially when they are a lot of people who annoy hit me. </p>
<p>The only reason it could take up to walk is what I could hear heavy breathing again. </p>
<p>I must go through the morning before my brain realizes that I walk. </p>
<p>Every time I say the dirty words &#8220;exercise&#8221; I wash my mouth with chocolate. </p>
<p>I have soft thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them. </p>
